Market Buy V1
The market strategy is pretty simple. Your Stratus bot will place a market order each day that it runs. This is the only option that guarantees that you will spend the entire budget that you set for you bot.
Example: $350 every 7 days = $50 market order each day
Suggestion: Use this strategy if you want to acquire as much of your target asset as possible, using a Dollar-Cost-Average model
Upside: Acquire more of your target asset
Downside: You are at the mercy of price drops. If your bot happens to execute the order at 10am, then the price drops 5-6% at 1pm you will be paying more for the same amount.

Limit Buy V1 (50 + 3)
This limit strategy will place a market order for 50% of your budget + 3 limit orders below the market price each day that it runs. The 3 limit orders will be placed at 1.5%, 3% and 4.5% below the market price.
Example:
Market Price: $30,000 BTCUSD
Budget: $600 every 5 days
Market Orders: $60 market order each day
Limit Orders:
~.0007 BTC at $29,550
~.0007 BTC at $29,100
~.0007 BTC at $28,650
Suggestion: Use this strategy if you want make sure you acquire at least half of your budget each day but also take advantage of price dips.
Upside: Still acquire your target asset even while price is moving up and also pick up a few extra points on your ROI. Overtime, this is our favorite strategy.
Downside: If the asset price continues to move up, you may not spend your entire budget since your limit orders may not be filled

Limit Buy V2
This limit strategy will only place 3 limit orders below the market price each day that it runs. The 3 limit orders will be placed at 1.5%, 3% and 4.5% below the market price.
Example:
Market Price: $30,000 BTCUSD
Budget: $1,050 every 7 days
Market Orders: None
Limit Orders:
~.0050 BTC at $29,550
~.0051 BTC at $29,100
~.0052 BTC at $28,650
Suggestion: Use this strategy if you only want to spend your budget when the price goes down.
Upside: Your orders won't be filled if the price keeps moving higher which keeps your average acquisition costs low.
Downside: If the asset price continues to move up, you may not spend your entire budget since your limit orders may not be filled
